Context
ProjectInova - Symposium on Project, Program & Portfolio Management was created as a forum of excellence for scientific debate, critical reflection, and the sharing of advanced practices in project, program, and portfolio management, promoting dialogue between academia, professionals, decision-makers, and organizations.
In a context marked by digital transformation, sustainability, increasing complexity, and new organizational models, the symposium aims to establish itself as a benchmark for innovation in project management, aligning academic rigor with practical impact.
Organization
The event is co-organized by APOGEP – the Portuguese Association of Project Management – and the Project Management Institute Portugal Chapter, bringing together the two most important professional associations in this field in an event designed to promote innovation and creativity in these areas.

Submission Process
In the first phase (until June 30, 2026), a comprehensive abstract of 1,000 to 1,500 words must be submitted, structured as follows: title, objective of the article, methodology, results, theoretical implications, practical implications, limitations, and innovation.
Additionally, 3 to 5 keywords and a list of references should be included, which do not count towards the total word count. Extended abstracts will be evaluated in a blind review process by members of the Scientific Committee; therefore, authors should not be identified in the text. The extended abstract must be submitted in MS Word 2007 or later (.doc or .docx), without any identification of the authors, including metadata or MS Word signatures. Bibliographic references should follow APA style
